I’ve been out of college for over 2 years and this is exactly how I feel. I was so excited about going to college, graduating, and making something of myself. Now I question whether it was a good idea at all. Now I get to pay the cost of college back for the next 18 years of my life. btw, I went to a state college.

What’s truly concerning is being in college, feeling this way, and doing nothing about it. No matter how much sense this makes, no matter how many times I do the math, I can’t shake the cultural meme that I need a diploma… not necessarily to do what I want to do in life, but as a safety net. A $120,000 safety net that’s not all that reliable these days.

This is absolutely brilliant, though. Should be shown to every kid considering a university education. Kudos.
