Good for you for starting to think for yourself. Yes, school and society are corrupt. Yes, people belong in the woods connected to nature MUCH more than they belong in front of a television. Unfortunately we ARE stuck in this society and do still need to eat. Go for a career in the Forest service so you CAN be in the woods all day. If you're adept at math and science, go for biology or geology and likewise get a job working with nature. The options here are endless.

yes! only if your unemployment is high. u have to see if unemployment is artificial as some are just lazy to work and dependent on welfare. corporations have a business concern going. its profits - dollars and sense and cents hence they may not be able to survive without labour be it local or imported. levy / tariff introduced should be peculiar to the industry and not willy-nilly. it should not be too high as to discourage enterprise nor too low that it has no impact on recruitment. this is a tough thing to do by the labour department....

I've never heard of any credit card company doing something like that, but it's not beyond the realm of possibility. Especially if you have a better credit rating than the Seller.

Have the Seller ask the credit card company if you can 'assume' the debt. The credit card company would have to have you sign an assumption agreement. They might also want to freeze the account so the card could no longer be used until the charges built up by the Seller are paid off in full, and have the Seller remain a personal guarantor just in case. Then you and the Seller could agree on a hold harmless and indemnification agreement in the event you failed to pay and the credit card company had to go after the Seller.

If the Seller gives a personal guarantee, that should not be something of record that would affect his ability to get a loan to start another business.

Just model your program using UML ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unified_Modeling_Language ) and then select one of the languages and IDEs ( VB and VC++ are different languages ). Then develop your system as your wish. Try to model it well so you won't have many problems when finally creating the code for ir. Otherwise it can be really hard to do it.
